We were greeted by friendly staff for our three rooms. The hotel was so perfect for our family get together. The Suite with two bedrooms was exactly what we wanted. Two bedrooms and a comfortable living room/ kitchen area. The hotel was so king to allow us to order out food and use the big breakfast table to have all 10 people together. We loved the location too.

Was really hoping to like this place from the awesome reviews it had but I was not impressed. The only good thing I liked was the bed. It was very comfortable. I did not like how close the bathroom was to the bed. There was no door separating the bathroom sick area to the bed. My boyfriend was trying to sleep in while I was getting ready and as I was blow drying my hair it was like I was standing right next to him while he was trying to sleep. Also was really looking forward to the breakfast seeing it had good reviews on here but I unfortunately was not impressed at all. There was no bacon! How does a place not have bacon!! The food overall was just not good at all. Also had an issue with parking. Both night we stayed we struggled to find a spot and had to eventually park across the whole parking lot light at night. Also noticed the air would not stay at the set temp. We tend to like it really cold, but it got hot in the middle of the night like the thermostat kept changing on its own.

Beautiful hotel. Large rooms. Staff was great. Quiet. Our only complaint was hair on our towels, shower walls and some coffee stains on kitchen counters. Automatic lights in the bathrooms were weird too and very finicky. Other than that it was a great experience.

Breakfast was a bonus, variety of egg stuff and healthy foods.

Staff was fine, cleanliness was not what I expected. Found hair on bed, pillow, and shower. Just didn’t feel like it was as clean as some of the reviews said it was. Breakfast was very average, not saying I expect a 5 star meal but eggs one of the days were very watery. I like the fact that they have two bedrooms for my family of 5, but that was the only thing that I appreciated. We come to Massachusetts often since we have family nearby, but will not be coming back.

I was looking forward to the outside pool when the staff told me that outside pool is out of service until the Summer. I was bummed by that. I wish that the establishment was clear when I reserved their room because I would of went somewhere else to stay.
