When we arrived they made us wait because of shift change. We made a reservation for a shuttle for 6am and confirmed breakfast would be ready by 6 when we would need to leave. In the room, the shower hanger was falling off and the soap dispenser was broken in the sink. The next morning when we went to check out, the shuttle was not there and the staffer, Raj waited to call until we were there. We then asked him for breakfast and he said no, it won’t be ready until 6:30. No apology, no attempt to help (even though he had access to the room and could have grabbed us something). The shuttle finally arrived 15 min late. Absolutely terrible customer service

The place smelled badly when I entered, and it was very rundown. The staff was nice, but the breakfast was very poor. I wish for the money I paid. They would’ve done a better job with the amenities.

The property needs remodeled really really bad the elevator when it stops it bangs really hard the rooms my room floor can't soft spot and tape on the floor. The tub was hideous. The toilet was hideous look like they poured paint down it. I guess you get what you pay for and we had to beg for towels in a couple days. We went without towels because they didn't have them.

This property offers convenient airport access via its complementary shuttle service and a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is available, but you have to ask for it. The maids are willing and polite. They offered fresh towels and clean sheets. However, remember, you must request those things; they are not implied. The front desk staff is helpful. Parking is free of extra charge. The morning breakfast left much to be desired; it was too starchy; too much bread and waffles; no eggs, no sausages, no bacon/turkey; no meat at all; and, most importantly, no actual fruits. Otherwise, the property offered a good stay.
