Middle of the road.
No water pressure and then to charge $65 bucks to park there, I would never go back again, that's an outright gouge.
Disappointed in lack of streaming services on TV.
I would expect a nice hotel like this one to offer streaming services.

We recently spent 9 days at the Beverly Hill as evacuees from the Los Angeles fires. We were welcomed and cared for by every member of the hotel's staff. In a time of need and uncertainty, the Beverly Hilton was a caring refuge for us. We're grateful and truly impressed.
Warm, welcoming and helpful.
We evacuated when the Sunset fire began. From the moment we pulled into the
porte-cochere, we we warmly welcomed. Everyone, including doormen, valets, housekeepers, front desk and room service was wonderfully helpful and kind. Though under challenging circumstances (we had our cat and tortoise with us), our three night stay was comforting indeed.

The hotel was preparing for the Golden Globes during our stay, so construction and preparations were noisy and disruptive. When I had discovered this could be an issue, well over a month before our stay, the hotel would not allow me to cancel without a penalty for the full price of our room.
