It was the perfect property for adults traveling together with the two levels. The location was perfect and we enjoyed looking over the canal.

AC was 10/10 recommend Loveeee that the balcony was overlooking the water! Saw a lot of marine life!

The water pressure is so far off from upstairs to down stairs. Sink pressure 20 times greater than the shower pressure. Shower barely leaked any water. How is a person to shower with that

THEY PUT LIPSTICK ON A PIG! After checking in the room appeared nice other than a bad cover-up with a board in the kitchen. Initially, we discovered the TV downstairs didn’t work. No big deal that can wait until tomorrow. It has been a long day of travel and I had already carried everything upstairs. Then we discovered the two light switches upon entering the room didn’t work. Another tomorrow problem. Strike 3, there were ROACHES. We went to the front desk and she didn’t seem surprised. I said I couldn’t stay there. Her only response was that I return the keys before leaving. It was already 10 o’clock at night, we were 1300 miles from home, and I have a child with me. We retrieved everything as quickly as possible trying to ensure we had no additional things in our bags that we did not come with (like ROACHES). It was mere minutes and I returned the key. There was a sign saying she would return at 11 PM. She was obviously unbothered by our distress. This all occurred Monday and neither Expedia nor I could reach management. No one ever answered the phone. I sent another email Friday threatening a bad review. They responded to my Google review saying they apologized by phone and email. I never received a phone call from them and they only responded to my email Friday after I threatened to post a bad review. If you can appreciate lipstick on a pig, then go ahead and stay there. If not, run, don’t walk!

I would highly recommend this place. Right near many things to do is a huge bonus. The places are huge and offer more space than needed.

This place is perfect. Kitchen and plenty of room for a family.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked really well to keep the unit cold. It definitely has a townhome/motel vibe rather than a resort or hotel but I enjoyed the home feel. Really appreciated the hand soap and body products in the bathrooms. Some minor things did not work like a light bulb and a TV had a blue screen but none of these things really bothered me.

Staff was rude and dismissive.
