What a wonderful hotel/staff
We were here for two nights, with a hectic schedule, but truly enjoyed the hotel! Spent time at the bar with fabulous food and had a delicious breakfast on the morning of our departure! This is our go to hotel from now on! Thank you for a relaxing time!

If i could give a rating of one hundred stars I would. Service is absolutely top notch on every level, from the moment you walk in being greeted by personable staff to housekeeping and room service. Cleanliness standards are very high, as well as all amenities. Restaurant is also beyond excellent, if only a bit pricey. However, that should be expected when one dines at this top-notch restaurant whose food is excellent and whose waitstaff makes you feel at home. This is MY home in New York. If you book here, you’d feel similarly.

Loved the front desk staff and the bell staff. Hated that I was charged $210 for parking when I didn’t even have a car there. Still waiting to be refunded. They said they need to investigate. Smh.
