Lovely outside pool area

A bit confused in terms of the staff communicating with each other and following through....the room was noisy with some sort of electrical transformer making a ton of noise. We were moved to a ADA room that faced the courtyard and it was also loud with kids playing on the grass area until 10:00 at night.
The ac sounded like wall units at the motel 6, basically unusable.
Food was fair at best and overpriced.

Excellent property, helpful staff lovely gym and pool facilities. Super easy to get to downtown and the Bluegrass Festival with the gondola! Would love to come back here and stay at the same property for skiing.
