Worked well four our needs over the holiday.

This place was adorable and affordable! I loved my little room.

The suite was great, it was two rooms put together for a great price, perfect if you have kids or teenagers. Very comfy bed. However, it could be better stocked. There was only a half roll of toilet paper, no blanket for the pull out (asked for one and didn't receive) and no pots/pans for the stove top. In theory, it's a nice idea to not have a front desk person on staff but they could reduce their requests and trips to the building if they stocked the room better. Communication was not the best, they would reply but not follow through. I had to ask 3 times before I got an answer about late check out. many people complaining that their door codes didn't work, pool door code didn't work but they gave us a different one to use. The pool area was clean and nice, but hot tub jets did not work.

Did not have any soap in our room. I thought the amenities could have been better.

Very basic hotel with the bare minimum

The bed was good. Toilet seat slid around almost fell off. Had to move the fridge to have a n outlet for the coffee pot. TV needed a pin to get service, called the help number they did not know what it was. Swimming pool was not accesibles was not told until the day before my reservation.

Clean rooms, no smells.

Everything was incredibly clean and well taken care of. Beds and pillows were comfortable. My only wish is that there was Kleenex in the rooms and a second roll of toilet paper.
