Comfortable space to sleep
Getting standard from a flight cancellation after midnight wasn’t a good experience, however staying at Microtel was a plus. Thank you for a comfortable room and Tio, who was kind and helpful.

Bed was soft and comfortable. Sheets were good.
Had to turn the toilet valve on to flush and it ran occasionally during the night which must have been why. HVAC was good but not quick.

The motel is clean and functional. The room is small, but if you are just there overnight between flights, it is all you need. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated having a microwave in the room. My gripe is the airport shuttle. It stops running at 10pm, so I had to take a Lyft -- $17 before tip for 1.6 miles! I was told the shuttle starts at 6 am the next morning, but then found out that it starts at other hotels at 6 and gets to the Microtel a bit later. 10 - 15 minutes can make a difference for a flight. But all worked out okay.

Not easy to find shuttle . We took uber
Staff took long time to find our reservations. They claimed first they don’t have reservation. We had to argue and do multiple calls and finally they were able to find the reservation. Also we had 4 bags and no one helped or told us about a cart to use to bring bags to the room. Very unhelpful staff.

According to the web page this location had an airport shuttle. I called and tried to schedule a pick up from the airport but no one answered.
When i got to the hotel i know why it wasnt answered. The person working the front desk received a call while i was standing there and just hit the mute button on the phone. Never once did they pick it up.
Because of this i had to pay for an uber to get there.

Got stuck in a pinch at the ATL airport and stayed here. Was a 10 minute ride from the international gate and maybe 5 minutes in the AM to domestic. Checked in at 1am and checked out a 6am. We were traveling with three young children and they graciously gave us 2 rooms next to each other on the third floor.
Not in the best shape but rooms were clean, beds were comfortable with fresh sheets. In a pinch, it was exactly what we needed and would stay there again in the same situation.
Staff was friendly enough and it seemed as if he was training in another worker at the front desk.
Uber arrived within 2 minutes and I was shocked at how close this motel is to the domestic departure gate.

Booked this as a last-minute stay after a series of flight cancellations. The property itself was maybe a little dated, but my room felt large, clean, and modern. Friendly staff as well.
