So the toilet looked like it had been melted with a lighter or something. The smell in the entire hotel was stale cigarette smoke. The price was suppose to be 159 after taxes and fees ended up being charged 190. Never again

Small rooms carpets and common areas stairwells dirty

It was a nice hotel to come to after a long, hard day. Good rates, also!

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was great and it was an ideal space to stop and relax for the night!

This hotel was a major disappointment. We have been here since Friday, and our room has not been serviced once. Basic necessities such as fresh towels and toilet paper have been unavailable, despite multiple opportunities for staff to address these issues. Unfortunately, it appeared that staff members were more focused on socializing with guests outside than attending to the needs of paying customers. The lack of attention to cleanliness, service, and guest concerns has been extremely frustrating. Even more concerning, this is the first hotel where I have genuinely felt unsafe during my stay. The overall atmosphere and management of the property left much to be desired. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others. I plan to share my experience across multiple review platforms so that future travelers can make an informed decision.
