Clean and friendly
We stayed at the New Victorian twice this week once on our way out west and again on our way back. Both times we were greeted warmly, quickly given a clean room and offered fresh coffee. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean and feels safe. Highly recommend.
Great two night stay
My boyfriend and I stayed here on our trip back home to Colorado and it was a great stay! The hotel is small and so cute but doesn’t feel nor smell old. It’s in a nice area with lots of food choices and and events going on. The room smelled clean and had a comfortable bed. The front desk manager Vern was extremely nice and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be staying here again.

I did not have high expectations based on the location and the price, however I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, the cleanliness of the room and the friendly nature of the staff.

When checking in the front desk lady was rude. I told her I had 5 kids with me and instead of offering me a bottom room she said I would have to use the stairs. That was hard with 5 kids and 2 being under 1. She just had a nasty attitude the entire check in process. She didn't inform me on any of the amenities or even where they were at.
