Reasonable accommodation for cost
For the price I paid, the room was nice, warm and clean. The two desk people were very nice.
Dated and dirty.
If I would have seen a picture of my hotel room, I would have slept on a bench at the airport.I would have felt much safer and cleaner.
I wasn’t that pleased. Not so good smell.
Towel look dirty pillow not good however it serve want we need to do.

Pricing was quite good, staff was friendly and professional. Property and room were run down (e.g. stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, unlocked window on 2nd floor) but the bed sheets seemed clean. I just needed a safe inexpensive place to park, shower, and sleep, and that's what I got. Is go back.

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Lack of cleanliness. No bedsheets for the sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, a ton of coins fell out onto the ground.

Parking was easy and check in went well. The room was spacious and the TV and A/C-heating unit worked well. the furniture was extremely worn and there was some damage to walls and counters. But the bed was solid/firm and was one of the best I have ever slept on in my 74 years. A real mixed bag.

It showed they had a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. They did not the room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets were clean. The bed was really hard if you like really firm beds I guess that’s OK. They only have cereal and granola bars for breakfast. They get coffee if you like instant coffee and really strong coffee.
If you only need it for a night, I guess it’s OK. Otherwise if you’re gonna be in Chicago for a while, find a better place

Literally the worst place! We showed up at 11PM and they had cancelled our room without telling us. Manager did not want to help and we were stuck without a hotel room for the night. STAY AWAY!
