I really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. It’s a great amenity to the hotel

Pool and hot tub were closed all weekend

We came at 1pm to check in for a hockey tournament and tried to check in. We were informed by a rude front desk worker that we would be charged $55 to check in early before 3pm. I told he that I have never heard that before and it seemed odd, she responded with well thats policy. I responded with " we are here for a hockey tournament and supposed to stay here next weekend and that maybe we should find somewhere else to stay, she said that's fine and was very rude. We came back at 2:45pm only to find most of our teammates were already checked in with no issue. Some had checked in shortly after we tried. Apparently the manger stated that she had the wrong information, but I told him that her rude tone was totally unacceptable. He did apologize and checked us in.

I would stay again just for the breakfast! They had a great selection of food and a coffee machine that made espresso, cappuccinos, lattes…that were surprisingly good. We had a huge room with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave area which was convenient.

Last minute booking with a large family and the room I got was amazingly huge! What a treat. The breakfast was great also. Thank you.

Staff was very attentive to our needs. Check in was quick.
