Great.

The chair in my room was broken. The channel selection on the tv was limited in bizarre ways (no Food Network at a hotel? No YES in Connecticut?). The wifi was spotty. No cleaning staff ever came to my room. They're renovating the place, so at least they know it's not shipshape, but this is probably the last time I stay there.

Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. We are accustomed to staying in places wear as a paying customer our basic needs are met! We did observe a housekeeping cart in the hallway, we express to the young lady at the front desk only thing she ask when we return to the room was, she asked us Sir what room were y'all in? We told her and my husband response was maybe they will clean it tomorrow however tomorrow didn't come!!!!! It was time to leave and the room was neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! cleaned. I Would not ever recommend this establishment to any one!

Hallways had dirty carpets and in dire need of replacemant. Smelled damp. Room needed an upgrade. Old wallpaper, carpet, drapery etc. Doorways leading to outside were filthy, doors and glass were filthy with fingerprints. Would definitely not recommend or stay here again. Being under the Clarion name this hotel was a great dissapointment.

Solid place for the price. Met our needs for a 5-day stay. Great staff.

Had an issue with a stench in my room. Learned that dogs are allowed in the room I was staying in. All the first floors rooms of the hotel allow for patrons to have dogs in them. Spoke with the manager who was helpful and apologetic and will be offering a discount due to the issue. She said that numerous attempts were made to shampoo the carpet but the stench could not be removed. At the time of my check-in, no other rooms were avaliable. The hotel was fully booked. I appreciated her efforts despite the issue.

Breakfast was decent. Disappointed pool not available. Room was clean.

Room was clean and old. Restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Breakfast was OK.
