Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

From the moment we arrived we experienced a feeling of welcoming. Everyone we met had a smile and an offering of help. WE checked in at the front desk and were given our room number. A driver/aide loaded our bags and us in his cart and introduced himself as Kelly. I followed in my car and my husband went with Kelly. my husband Jim told Kelly about his physical limitations due to his many on the job injuries as a fire fighter. When I saw where the room was located I told Kelly this could never work. Too hard for my husband to walk much of it uphill. I had told the person on the phone this when I booked this for an anniversary treat for us. Kelly couldn't have been more understanding. He told us to give him some time that he might be able to help. Within an hour he came back and took us to a beautiful room a short walk to the parking. I almost cried but he just said he was glad to help got us settled and left. This is my new favorite place in Carmel Valley! We had a special time.

Well the signs for the entrance was confusing and not properly laid out. The gate for where we stayed needs to be fixed but still closed and lastly I don’t mind being naked at all using the tub in front of the room’s outdoor patio at the entrance of the room; other guests who are shy probably won’t use it?

We had a lovely visit and may make our way here again sooner than we thought. It was absolutely exquisite!

Wonderful setting but the buildings are feeling a bit tired

Gorgeous setting. Fantastic rooms. Plenty to do. Quiet. Excellent food. A great escape. The check in process left a lot to be desired. But once checked in, it was wonderful.

Amazing property, i loved the corral but you do need to book activities ASAP. they book up before people arrive to the hotel.

Jack at the Golf Shop is so friendly and made our first day! All staff was great throughout our stay. Perfect weather and just the right activities for our family!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had the best lamb chops at dinner and "Jeff" in customer relations was amazing.

Went for our Babymoon. Stayed 4 nights. It was outstanding overall! Pros: nice and accommodating staff, ambience was perfection, resort is breathtaking, our room was amazing-loved the deep soaking tubs in and outside the room, heated bathroom floors!!! Dual sided Fireplace we used everyday. Loved the outdoor community fire pits . The water stations and provided refillable water bottle were great-great tasting water and so wonderful to not have to pay for waters. Shuttles to take you around resort were quick. Loved all the wildlife on property. We took a cocktail /mocktail Class which was so fun! Downtown Carmel was only 15 -20 mins away which we ventured to almost daily with Lots of great shopping and restaurants. Few Wineries were only 10 mins away as well. Cons: Main restaurant was pricey and not the best dinner food in my opinion. We ate dinner off site every evening for this reason, however their breakfast was very good. Our shower head in room had poor water pressure. Wish there were more FREE classes/activities. Would stay here again and again! Kid and pet friendly.
