i never got to stay in the hotel i got there at 6pm and they had several families in front of me waiting for a room that hadnt been cleaned. I was told that my room wasnt cleaned either and i would have to wait behind them and they didnt know if i would get a room . I lodged a complaint with the comfort inn managment company and tried to call you at expedia but your 1800 customer service number sucks.
i want my money back i had to drive all the way back home as all the hotels in Great Falls were booked full

The refrigerator did not have a freezer so I could refreeze my gel packs for my medicine.

Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Air conditioner/heater struggled a little.

The staff was awesome and extremely kind! The only complaint I have is that the area around the beds was a bit dirty. There were crumbs of some kind on the floor by them.
