No hot water and a raisin in our bed.
We needed to make an emergency stay at this hotel and while booking that through a third party was easy, or stay wasn’t as enjoyable. There was no hot water for us to shower, the Wi Fi wasn’t posted in the room so we had to go down and ask how to get on and we had dirty sheets and a raisin in our bed.
I would definitely stay here again!
I was very pleased with my suite. Lots of extra space. Didn’t feel so tight with my family. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming area. It was clean.

After many stays at this fine establishment I need to say that it is consistently and reliably excellent, not only in accommodations but the staff, especially Pat at the reception desk, all seem to remember us with very agreeable dispositions. I remain very positively impressed!

Our refrigerator didn’t keep things cold, our tv didn’t work, got moved to new room and then that tv didn’t work.front desk did come up and fixed it.
