During our family road trip, we were disappointed to find that the pool was under renovation. We had specifically chosen this hotel for its pool, as it was important to us and our children to have a place to relax in the evenings. Our kids love swimming, and this was a key factor in our decision.
Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed at the time of booking. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel.
We kindly request a refund, as we did not receive the experience we paid for.

Thankfully we weren’t in the room a lot. The room was dirty other than the beds..even the curtains were stained. Kids ran the hallways until 130am & no sign of staff to get them into their rooms. The breakfast was decent in the morning and staff in there were helpful but that was it

Bathroom was really gross. Would not use shower it was orange and pink from mildew, etc. The toilet smelled disgustingly of urine. Only acceptable part was the beds were fine.

Toilet was not cleaned to the highest standard or could not be cleaned because it was too old. Bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly.

Employees were nice and worked efficiently but the room was not very clean. Blood on the blankets and mold in the AC unit. The shower still had the shampoo and soap from the guests before us. Used to stay here all the time and I'm not sure I will again.
