The room did not have a smoke alarm it was completely missing, also the room had cockroaches in the bathroom I had taken a shower and when I was done I picked up the clothes and I saw the roach crawling
There was one staff member staff member that was extremely but I mean extremely rude she had threatened to call the cops on us when we were just waiting for our ride outside and we weren't even doing anything just waiting
At one point they had accused my girlfriend of being on drugs but she's mentally unstable
and the laundry didn't dry my clothes I had to run the cycle at least 3 times for it to fully dry
We shouldn’t have been put through that

The issued room keys are masters that unlock ALL of the motel doors, there are no microwaves, refrigerators, or hot water in the rooms.

Overall the room was clean, beds a little rough, sheets looked clean, bathroom shower looked rough and dirty. A good place to crash for a night but not for extended stay.
