we were put in a smoking room as requested. once we arrived we noticed our tv would not turn on. i called the front desk and the lady working was so helpful. she came to our room and fussed with the tv for quite awhile before determining the tv was just not going to work. she offered to see if she had another smoking room available. after some time she called to let me know the only room she could find available was a non smoking room and the floor was all wet (it had been raining earlier) we decided to just stay in our room as it was already pretty late and we didnt want to have to pack up and move our stuff. i have no complaints at all about the sweet lady that tried to help us. the room was definitely bare minimum though. we had 2 beds with linens, a table and chair, tv that didnt work, a mini fridge and a microwave. they provided towels and wash cloths. there was nowhere to keep our clothes except keep them in our suitcase, and only had a very small rack for hanging clothes. iv stayed at a lot of motel 6 locations and this one disappointed me out of them all.

Room was not clean never got clean towels. Moved rooms twice.

Be aware that the pictures are NOT what the motel looks like. The rooms were FILTHY! “They stayed the rooms were just cleaned” Fixtures were rusted and were barely attached to the walls. When we went to get our money back so like we could move to another place. They offered to move us to the other side were the rooms are cleaner (which was not the case at all!) We were informed that they don’t give refunds! So we went to dinner, had to eat the loss, and find a new place to stay!

I don’t ever write reviews, but this is Necessary!!! Do NOT stay here. The front desk was high and unable to even converse with me. When I asked for a receipt he told me he didn’t have one for me, but that I could get it from my credit card statement . If financially I could have go somewhere else I would have, but after almost $400 for two nights charged I couldn’t without compromising the only vacation time I had with my family. The front desk was verbally confrontational. Approaching the room, there was a TON of dog poop in the small rocked area going up to the second floor. Summer heat and humidity, you could only imagine the smell. Unlocking the door, before stepping in, the amount of dirt and god knows what on the floor. I stopped to record it, because it was that bad. But again, I only had a couple hours left in that day and the following to spend with my kids. We tried to make the best of it. We could not/would not walk barefoot or in socks even after wetting one of there towels and using our foot to wipe the floors. Their towel came out BLACK! This next part with the room key, I think was intentional from the front desk, but our key was only good for one unlock, after that we had to go back down and have him reprogram our key EVERY TIME! When I checked out I asked for a recipe in which he provided this time after pretending it was somebody else. I asked for the employees name and he responded with “I can’t legally give you that”. Horrible!!

***DO NOT STAY HERE**** I have stayed here multiple times and it has been wonderful.... This past weekend was horrendous. The first room we were put in, housekeeping told me he didn't clean it but the front desk guy argued with me and said it was clean. When I said it wasn't his response was what's your definition of clean!!! There was mold in the shower and towels on the floor gross hair all on the toilet. We did get moved but it wasn't any better mold on the ceiling and in the shower still and the floor hadnt been swept or mopped in who knows how long. He also knew the TV was broken and maintenance told us he had told them to not put a new one in there. The service was by far the worst the front desk GM was a complete jerk and has no business being in customer service, and one of the guys on duty was so high he didn't even know what was going on.
