Location - but #1 was the extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the only staff I worked with - during check in and check out, Thank you!

It was a last-minute booking. The first room assigned, the door wouldn't open. The next room was pretty decent. It was just an overnight stay so it worked out pretty well.

They gave us a really dirty room and non smoking room and they gave is a room dirty and smells lime weed and cigarettes. We asked to change the room and she started yelling that she cant and we asked to change the sheets and she refuses too. We had to leave

All around good place to stay. Called front desk for more washcloths but was told they couldnt provide more until the morning because housekeeping was not available. I had stayed with my fiance and 2 children which meant i needed 4 washcloths the room only had 2.

This was one of the most profound this was one of the most profound aggravating and considerate stays I've had at any motel ,,. The staff was very unprofessional they refused to honor a reservation that was made by the third party because they wanted me to book directly with them they absolutely Refused to honor the booking saying they didn't see the reservation I'm the system when infact it was there,,. However I did show them the email confirmation on my phone ,. That contained an itinerary number and a confirmation number name the time the booking was made and it was legitimate booking through Expedia this property was horribly. Unprofessional in the two staff members at the front desk looked at visibly intoxicated very jittery dilated pupils and unfocused I would not recommend this property to anyone ...

Room floor was dirty took a shower and walked across floor and the bottom of my feet were black I had to rewashed my feet. When I check in they acted like I didn't have a reservation I had to show them the confirmation number.

Everything management room not clean

My check in was easy but the room I was provided with (229) had a shower with absolutely no cold or warm water only a scorching hot temperature whereas i burned my feet to an excruciating stinging sensation. I was then moved to another room and was inconvenienced with having to get redressed and move my belongings. I would appreciate at the very least a full or even partial refund.

The comforter looked like a 1,000 bugs chewed through it, the tub is gross. I didn’t realize I was getting a smoking room and I don’t smoke!
