Staff is awesome hotel is clean
One of the best Motel 6 experiences I’ve ever had. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the proximity to everything I needed was within two miles. Every time I visit Waxahachie I’ll be staying here!
Has very good bathroom and very good shower
Employees are nice; coffee and hot water always available.

The cleaning people were not consistent in cleaning didn't sweep the 5 nights we stayed. The beds were great but only 2 flat pillows. No closet. No coffee in the office when we went. The sheets were very wore out!

The lady in the office acts like it a major inconvenience to do her job. I asked for early check in on the phone and when I got there she seemed annoyed. It only got worse from there. We work nights so no maid service, when we asked for clean towels we were basically told we needed to wake up and get them from the maid.

We found bed bugs and checked out within 2 hours of checking in. Made the 4 hour drive home arriving at 4 am. Requesting full refund.
Sheets and bed covers also had cigarette burns/holes in them.

The air conditioner sounded like we were staying ON the DFW airport flight line and when it turned on, and like a car accident when it shut off. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner to take a shower.
