Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

My experience at La Quinta inn and sunrise was terrible. The hotel is old and not updated and the staff was unhelpful. The first night after settling in I went to get some ice and came back to a door that would not open. I went to the front desk and she tried to open it with the master key and it still would not open. Two hours later maintenance showed up to rig the door open with a large hanger like thing. I was given a new room and asked what could be done to help with the inconvenience of being locked out of the room half the night and was told they would comp me but then told I had to reach out to you guys on my own to actually get money back. Hopefully that is in the process as I have still not received a refund. The rooms I was in smelled terribly and the Wi-Fi was very slow. Overall it was quiet but I will never ever recommend or choose this hotel again. Thumbs down 100%
