Unclean hotel rooms.
Throughout my stay I was moved to three different rooms. The first, I had to leave because other guests were smoking on the floor. In the second room, I found mold in the bathroom and in the 3rd room the bathtub was visibly dirty and had not been cleaned. The staff members were very kind throughout my stay but the quality of the rooms was severely lacking for the cost.

Felt unsafe, female traveling alone. Huge water leak outside my door, ceiling pieces off showing pipes etc Asked for late check out, when I returned to my room the housekeeping already cleaned the room out throwing out all my food. I barely got my clothes back. Loud in the hotel, you ca hear people stomping around above you.

The hotel hot water broke down for 2-3 days according to the owner but I didn’t get any notice until we were almost there, very hard to work out with the owner, we had no choice but booked another hotel which price got higher with no other options

However, the only downside was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways, especially in the mornings. It was really overwhelming and unpleasant, making it hard to enjoy the otherwise nice environment. I hope the management can address this issue because it definitely affects the experience for non-smokers. I would consider staying again if this problem is solved.
