Mosly didn't pick up the phone for customer service. No hot water inside the room. Broken shower and leaking water in the bathroom. Holded and refunding deposite was too long.

Our room was occupied and they almost didn’t have a room for us. They did find a clean room, but it was in need of repair of toilet.
