Great hotel, clean room. We're from SC and visited MI to see family and friends. Our one year old Dog Bella (a golden Doodle) was welcomed for an animal fee of $25. Well worth it.

Had a young lady who didn’t seem to be able to check anyone in without some kind of mistake that made the process 3 X’s longer than it should have. She could have used some help.
Room okay, could use a refresh. No freezer in fridge.
Water pressure was good.
