Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast left much to be desired. Most of the items were not put out. A woman would dish out for you from the prep area. There were several kinds of cereal available but no milk to go with.

The front desk clerk was very good. She was friendly and efficient. All the Good Mornings when I woke up made a wonderful start to my day. We were traveling with a dog and had no problems checking in.

Very nice hotel. Elevator issue had us walking up the stairs to the third floor.
A little exercise for us. One trip up and one trip down. Glad we did not have a second trip than it would of been a workout. The best part was the ice machines working well for a cold beverage. This is not a negative but a minor operational issue. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

We got here and checked in and at check in we were told the elevator wasnt working and the only room was on the 3rd floor, no discounts, no refunds. So we had to trudge our luggage up three flights of stairs. The room was almost 200 per night. I was furious. The room was clean, at least, we missed breakfast, the clerk was friendly enough.

Stayed one night. It is close enough to the city. Breakfast is a little better than most hotels that offer free breakfast. Room was clean and breakfast area was clean.

The location was right off the highway but it didn't look like I had to worry about my car in the parking lot or my personal safety. As a woman traveling solo those are things to think about.
Also, even though there were many cars in the parking lot the hotel was very quiet. No slamming doors or people being loud. A very nice place to get some sleep after a long day of driving.
