Checked in at 9:30pm to a room with 2 doubles that was never cleaned by housekeeping. Messy beds, used towels laying about and an unflushed toilet.
Front desk could only put my family of 4 into a room with a king bed and loaned a blowup mattress, that barely fit in the open space of the room.
The staff was courteous. But the replacement room wasn’t comfortable.
