Great Stay

Clean, quiet, perfect.

We appreciate this pet friendly hotel, the back area is so very well lighted, you feel perfectly safe no matter what hour your pet wants let out. Your rooms are very clean and seem updated. The breakfast is very well presented.

While it was being under construction it was quiet and clean. Our cat loved the room and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you.

The stay was as we would expect and hope for it to be.

We had a terrible experience. The reviews were ranked too high than what it actually is.

I became aware of the hotel’s renovations (under construction) upon arrival which was fine because our room looked great until….I put my bags down and spotted a roach. I killed it and took a time stamp picture (see attachment 1). I did alert the front desk and she offered us another room. I told her that I had only spotted one and that we would disregard…..until night 2 when coming back from a baby shower. We opened the hotel room and a roach was crawling up from the inside our door. 2 nights of being greeted by yet another roach is just unacceptable. I was now on edge making sure that our luggage was not on the floor and that the trash bins were closed up. This made for a not so great stay experience. My daughter was also not able to swim in the indoor pool because the water was unbearably cold; one of the main reasons I selected the hotel because it had an indoor pool which should be kept heated. I need some sort of compensation for the inconvenience; I will even settle for a refunded one night stay.

Was stay on my way home from Thanksgiving trip. I love that the hotel is very pet friendly. I have stayed there before and I really like the upgrading they are doing. Will stay there again
