Comfy Hotel Stay

Needs some improvements.
The hotel looked like a newer hotel, but the stay was disappointing. We had asked for a feather free room and were told they didn’t have any pillows at all either feathers. five of the 6 in the room were. Had to go down to get some that were not and show the desk clerk the difference. TV did not work. Light by the bed didn’t work. Light by the chair didn’t work. Shower would only half come on (full spraying stream out of the shower faucet that SOAKED the floor. Alarm clock didn’t work. More things wrong in here than I have ever experienced!
Another great stay!
We travel from Oklahoma to Texas annually and always try to plan an overnight in Sulfur Springs. We’ve stayed in numerous La Quintas (because of their pet policy) and can honestly say that this is our favorite. A cut above the others!

I have tried the eggs and they taste like powdered eggs so I don't really like them. I'm not a sausage eater and I never see bacon there. I like to make the waffles and those are good.

Front desk staff was not present when we arrived at 9pm to check into our room. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come check us in. When the lady did come to the counter, she was rude. The hallways were super hot and the AC in our room did not cool. The common areas were clean and the breakfast was ok.
