The staff were very nice we had lost our house on sat sec 20th and then on Christmas eve my stepfather. We need a place to stay with a newborn baby. It was really late they were nice after we told them what happened and gave us a late check out and said they tell the cleaning people not to bother us. We were able to take nice hot shower for first time in few days. We went to breakfast which was hot and good. They provided us with a comb and toothbrush and toothpaste since we didnt have. And even after our stay we thought we forgot our keys in room they went and checked and called us back and lucky we found them in a jacket. But on Christmas it was nice to have people who are nice to you and go extra mile take your day better by showing kindness.

Aesthetics could be better. There was a loud party of Spanish people. Shouldnt of been allowed to go as late as they did. Disturbing to other guests.

Rooms were clean, staff is helpful, location is very convenient. The breakfast isn't the greatest.

Everything was as describe on their website. Room and staff were friendly and helpful.

The front of the building is dilapidated but it looks like theyre in the process of fixing it? The staff was super helpful and we had a pretty good time there and parking was secluded but pretty safe.
