Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

We have spent almost a month traveling in “dog friendly” hotels in the past year. This one had more dogs than any we have been in previously. There were no negative issues with the dogs except a few whined a lot when left alone. The staff was very pet friendly. There were doggy stations with cleanup bags available but some guests seemed to ignore them and leave messes In the grass. The grass in the doggy area looked like it hadn’t been cut in several weeks. Unrelated to dogs, the hotel seemed to be a stopping point for families apparently present primarily to let their kids play in the pool. They seemed mainly unsupervised and tracked water throughout the hallway and elevator. Eventually the staff closed the pool down. Surprisingly, the room was quiet at night and got a good nights sleep.

Has a very nice walking park. The poodle loved it. Thank you for the friendly stay and southern hospitality.
