The room that I stayed in the shower curtain wouldn’t stay in the shower and it was all the bathroom floor got drenched and soaking wet and the pool was ice cold they couldn’t even swim in it and not only that there was things that could’ve been cleaned a little bit better in the building and then what it was but it’s a beautiful old building too. I understand.

We stayed their 20 years for our honeymoon. They upgraded us to a suite but it looked unclean, unused and smelled musty. The phone didnt work at all and they didnt do anything to fix it. Did tell front desk but I guess they were full. Left my license there and they didnt seem to be all that helpful in getting it back to me after I realized it on our next trip stop. Also they said they tried to call to met me know but the phone in the room was broken during our 2 night stay.

We booked this very last minute as our flight was canceled. We did not realize the hotel was on New Jersey lol. That being said it is a bit of a trek to Manhattan or JFK airport. The staff was friendly and good breakfast. Best part was the view from our room on the 9th floor looking out at Manhattan, beautiful.
This property is in an area with restaurants and stores close and also the " AMERICAN DREAMS MALL" which is crazy amazing!
The property seems a bit old in some spots but is generally very nice.

I didn’t have a great experience at this location, had no tv and when called for maintenance they came couldn’t fix it and said they would’ve back and never did. They didn’t even offer to move us to a different room. I was very disappointed!

The staff were good. The parking was good. The hotel lobby sitting area is disgusting. Instead of fabric chairs and couches you should get leather.
