the facility is completely falling a part. They didn't clean our room 2 days for no reason, they didn't have our room ready until 6:30pm. The staff is completely lost on what's going on.

The room is very out dated, the floor and bathroom are not very clean. The heat in the room are terrible, very loud and not consistent, it gets very hot then stop and the room get pretty cold before the heat kick in.

Doors were super old and barely stayed shut, paint peeling everywhere, the bathroom tub was rundown and nasty. Wouldn’t shower in there if I had a protective suit on.
