Front desk was friendly and helpful late check-in due to bad weather.
The place is okay needs improvement the place smelled smokey and musty..Beware they charge 100 cash for incidental..I had no cash so waive for me...My negative was they hand you instructions on how yo use the shower..I thought it was a bit overprice for that Hotel..They serve breakfast and yes night shift prepares the food with a smokers cough..Better that most in the surroundings area..

First night there we walked into the room and seen all the damages in the room, the ceiling was falling down a bit, light fixtures were falling, there were no alarm clock nor a phone in the room! A roach on the ceiling and then the next morning at breakfast there was roaches on the table. You have to request for your room to be cleaned so we did and the 4 days we had to stay they never showed up! Elevator was broken on the 2nd floor so you’d have to go up to the third and walk down to the 2nd. Overall just a bad stay! Nothing was refundable so definitely will not be a returning customer.

The room was not clean there was wax all over the walls and dresser and the side of the tv was not wiped down. The bed was hard as the floor. Then it said it slepted 4 people with one bed. I had asked for a dobled bed and they wanted to charge an extra 50 per night on top of what i already payed. They had a roll out bed and wanted to charge 10 more for it. Just a bad experience. The breakfast was trash the gravy was sour.

A very large crack that ran from fllor to ceiling on the exterior side of my room. I was on the 2nd or 3 floors. Very concerning that the management had ZERO concern. Location was loud as hell. Great place to stay for all you ROKU users.
