Hotels is not aging well. Overcharge for parking.

The rooms are loud, thin walls and doors are like prison doors

Gorgeous pool. Hotel is a little older so some things are not up to typical standards. I.e. there were no charging ports (bring your block!), the phone key never worked, etc. I reserved it for the pool and was not disappointed!!!

I wanted to give a shout out to the two front desk staff on 7/20 afternoon and 7/21 morning.
I came in tired and had some important meetings to get to. They were extremely helpful in getting me everything I needed and got me going

The location was the best part of this hotel with the downtown area & mall only 5/10 minutes away.

I have stayed here many times and this was our worst experience. No hot water in the shower, the mini fridge was not clean and there was a bowl of rotten guacamole left in there, and the room overall was very outdated and not clean.

Hotel was very old. From furniture to carpet to bed covers to bathroom to sockets. Everything was outdated. Air conditioner filter was choked and making weird noises. Our room was next to a railway track. Too noisy to sleep peacefully. Bathroom vents were dirty full of dust.
On top of that parking was $32 per night. Parking lot was huge but almost empty.
It was not mentioned clearly during booking that parking was not free.
Suggestions:
1. The rooms need to be redone
2. Parking should be free
3. State clearly that parking is Not free
Very dissapointed with marriott for the first time.

Unfortunately we did not get the room that we had reserved and paid for. The staff offered an air mattress that did not stay inflated.
