Hotel does need a makeover it’s an older hotel but staff was nice and the size of the room was a nice size .

Safe area across from ball field and close to stadium lots to do without a car good transportation to get to airport bus 28 x across the river

Check in was excellent! Employee was so helpful with information about the area, places to eat and direction to our destination. Such a great experience! The room was nice, clean, but a little banged up. The sink was cracked, but didn’t hinder our stay. Breakfast was great.

North Shore is amazing! Casino, bars, restaurants… all within walking distance. Go Steelers!!!

Check in was easy, front desk was respectful, parking lot easy accessible. The room was clean, bigger than expected. The kitchen was great with new appliances. The only issue I had with the room was that bathroom wasn’t unkept. Drywall had been wet in multiple places & was pealing. Whoever did the last bit of work on it rushed it and it just looked like a motel when entering it. The pool was small but kids still had a blast. The breakfast was mediocre, did not consume the hot food after trying. I’m sure the waffles were standard and edible as well as the oatmeal. The other breakfast items were standard and what we went with. Overall I would stay here again, the price was fair. Pittsburgh is a tricky place to navigate through, and this location is no different. It’s conveniently located downtown however.

room was very nice and we were within a mile from everything we needed and wanted to do.

Hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. We had rugs ripping apart stains on couch. Cushions falling apart.

Reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of some fun bars and restaurants and right by both PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium.

Our stay was very nice. The room that I originally reserved was not available (required maintenance) when I arrived, however we were provided with the next best option which we made work. Staff was pleasant and did their best to make our stay acceptable. Room was clean with basic necessities.

Was moved to the Courtyard by Marriott in Oakland. So I have no idea of the Residence Inn on North Shore.
