One window pane had broken glass. Not a major problem. Just wanted to be helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.

This Inn is excellent overall. When we visit the area this is where we stay. It is so nice to have a full kitchen instead of a standard room. The room was very clean and the staff were great. The room we stayed in this time needs a little updating... Larger trash can in the kitchen would be nice, carpet edge at the kitchen is frayed, and small shelf in shower stall needs to be repaired or replaced. These are minor issues. We love staying here.

Average experience. The exterior of hotel looks presentable. The hotel room is a outdated and hasn't been remodeled to reflect the upscale Marriott brand. Housekeeping is subpar. Floors, furniture, and walls had visible stains. Carpet underneath sofa and bed were filthy. Chairs had stains and residue on them. Unadvertised nightly parking fee of $10 -- the front desk doesn't inform you about this until you've checked in. They did not have this fee a year ago -- when parking was free -- and it is not mentioned in the description for the hotel amenities. Complimentary breakfast is fine. Will likely stay at the Marriott Courtyard further up Route 309 -- looks more modern and representative of the Marriott brand.

Coffee time extremely limited. Service lacking. Or guest was charged $60 for incidentals for three people after the staff was instructed not to charge her and to use my wife’s card. Then I presented my card and the hold on our guests card was to be released upon checkout but it has still been charged. The hotel has been unable/unwilling to correct this matter.

The first room we were in was totally unsafe for a baby. Tiles were cracked on the floor. The bed framing bars were sticking out and easy to trip over. The kitchen floor was sunken in and spongy to step on. The next room we were put in was better but had several bugs to kill. The overall appearance of the hotel was disappointing. You could tell that minimal maintenance is put into the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. The first floor elevator maintenance door is covered in dirty greasy fingerprints. The carpets are poorly laid. This was very upsetting and unsettling for a place we spent $300 per night to stay. We will make sure to avoid a Residence Inn in the future.

The so called handicapped accessible room was inadequate. One bar on the tub and none anywhere else.
The lock on the room was ridiculously difficult to operate.
