Friendly and helpful staff but facility was old. Needs upgrades. Lobby uninvlting, elevator scary, hallways hot and old loooking and rooms just okay.

Very clean and the staff is friendly

Absolutely miserable trip because of this place. I arrived after eleven PM to find out they didn’t have a room for me anymore due to oversells and remodeling. To be finding this out upon arrival, so late at night is just unbelievable! What made it worse, was not a shred of help from the front desk agents. It was astounding how they could not care any less about the situation they just put me in—although they were very adamant that it was not their fault. They blamed Hotels.com for the mistake and said take it up with them. Which I quickly learned that was a lie as they guaranteed (confirmed) the room with Hotels.com prior to my stay. Disgusting customer service all around. I will say, once I finally got in touch with a live person through Hotels.com/Expedia, they did what they could to make it right and found me a room a few miles away. I would never recommend this place because of how I was treated, but you could also tell this place was dirty and not well kept, just from the lobby. Really disappointing.

Close to the airport. Older hotel not in best condition. Undergoing repairs. Problems with check in. Not the greatest experience.

Review would have been better, but hotel is under construction.

If you want a quiet stay, do not stay on this property! There was loud banging starting at 7:30am and went all throughout the morning until we checked out.
