When we booked the location in Mobile, we had no idea we had hit the jackpot. The location was perfect. The room was amazing. We had everything we could have possibly wanted. We could have made a reservation at another hotel that would have cost more or even the same amount of money, but it would have been a waste of our funds. I recommend the location to anyone needing a place to stay in Mobile.

The only reason I even gave 2-3 stars was because of the night manager and the on-call housekeeper. I won’t go into details of my room experience, but say that room maintenance and cleanliness are not up to standards of a Marriott property. After leaving a message for the manager at 9am to call me because she was too busy with paperwork to speak to me, I waited until I checked out at noon to say something when she still hadn’t called me back in 3 hours. UNACCEPTABLE! No wonder there is poor attention to details with that kind of management! Won’t be back and will not recommend!

This was the worst hotel stay ever. My family needed a place to stay for one night prior to our vacation in Gulf Shores. We booked this place after looking at ratings, reviews, and pictures. We checked in to our room and it was horrible. The door was open. Dirty dishes, garbage and old food on the floor. Filthy blankets, a sink full of brown sludge, dirty towels, socks on the ground. Just gross and awful. I called the desk and the person working said it had been marked and signed off in the system as clean. They only had one other room and it was clean but smelled musty and stale like an old basement. Expected much better from a property with the name Marriott attached to it. If I could reat zero stars I would.

Conveniently located to major streets and highways to travel in city and outer areas. Staff was friendly and professional.

We rented a 2 bedroom with a pull out sofa and it was very comfortable for the 6 of us

The hotel staff at the desk was very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the room.
