Our family of 4 stayed the end of September. It was the first hotel that we stayed at that was directly connected to another hotel which made parking more difficult. They were also undergoing some renovations that made the walk from the elevators to the lobby longer but not difficult, noisy, or messy. Everything was great. Clean and quiet rooms, nice pool and guest laundry. We’d stay here again!

Toilet did not flush, we told the maid but nothing was done. They were remodeling the hotel, but I was not told about it. Not so great.

The hotel was under renovation, which made the stay less than desirable. Had to walk a long way to get to the elevator, and it just looked old, hence why they are probably working on the renovation.

It was close to our tournament but the sheets were not cleaned. They did send clean sheets to the riom for us.

The The woman who ran the Resturant bar area on Saturday, August 17 could not have been any ruder than any customer service person I’ve ever had had to deal with. She could’ve cared less that we were even there as paying customers, rolled her eyes more than once when we requested additional ketchup, cups or even napkins. While we were there in plenty of time to have breakfast, we were immediately told we would need to order lunch.
She should not be in customer service.
