Everything was wonderful with one exception. I left my computer charger in my room and when I called to make arrangements to retrieve it, I was given a website (chargerback.com) and told that was the only way open to me. A good idea, but the website would not allow me to advance beyond the first question

From the outside, the building is very old, and the area is not that appealing. However, I was VERY pleased when I walked through the front door how incredibly nice the inside of the property it was! Lobby, restaurant, bar, rooms, hallways... everything was nice. I'll definitely stay here again!
