It was such an easy and comfortable two nights. Everything that I needed was provided as part of the room and having breakfast ready for me was certainly the best way to start the day. The employees were really great and they are the ones that make the stay special. I will stay there again for sure. And I would recommend it to anyone as a first class choice.

The service is very poor. Lack of time management. And rude houseman. I ordered to have the sofa bed prepared and it took me 3 calls and 1 hour waiting period. And when he knocked the door and when I open it… he said, “she’s already sleeping” pertaining to my daughter. I said, yes coz it took so long for someone to come but don’t worry I will wake her up. He roughly made the sofa with no quality and said there’s your pillow telling my daughter and exited the door rudely!
Definitely “0” guest service. I also work in a hotel industry so I know what is great guest service. The hotel staff in this property needs a lot of training.
