Good property, clean room, nice staff. Our room needed maintenance. First night was hotter than hades though we set heat down to 66. Maintenance replaced the unit the next morning and it worked well the next night. Fitness center also needs equipment repairs. Elliptical settings would not stay active so no real work on it. Treadmill on right needed new batteries according to error message and would not work.

We visited Kanab, Utah for a second time. For our second annual Utah trip, we are glad we stayed at this Comfort Inn & Suites. This spacious room had a comfortable sofa and two queen beds. It had a really nice shower. Whereas we only stayed one night, we found great comfort with this hotel and the surrounding area. This hotel features breakfast and a dog park area. The next time Charlie and I visit Utah, we will definitely book our room with Comfort Inn & Suites at Kanab. Zion, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Toadstool Hoodoos, Grand Staircase Escalante, Horseshoe bend, Antelope Valley and many other places of interest are near Kanab, Utah.
