Newly renovated, clean and well kept with all amenities. The staff was friendly and checking in and out was so easy.

First deposits. The staff was super friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed on the third floor in the carpet is a tripping hazard in the hallway. I’m a lawyer by training and it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. We stayed in room 302 which we found to be cleaning comfortable, however, the HVAC unit really needs to be looked at. It cycle on and off about every two to three minutes for about 30 seconds and made a noise that a light sleeper would find difficult to tolerate. We got through the night with foam earplugs and a white noise generator. It did heat the room, but the noise was quite a distraction. The breakfast was good. I was going to say something on the way out this morning, but there was no clerk at the desk the whole time we were eating breakfast.

Everyone there was very nice and made you feel like it was home. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were alot of renovations being done and I'd like to go back to see how nice it all looks.

We were going to a wedding in NC and this was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast also.

The daytime manager was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He represents your company well.

Don't stay there. Find another hotel.

Very comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, newly remodeled

The property is older but it is being managed well. The rooms are very comfortable & clean. Breakfast is hot & coffee & water available. Central location close to restaurants & shops. The staff is the best, I cannot stress that enough. They are always accommodating for early check in or late check out. They have always gone the extra mile when I stay & resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

The staff is exceptional -from the front desk to the room attendants - everyone was as nice as they could be. The hotel is a little run down but perfect for a quick overnight in F-V. Not going to win any awards but safe and convenient
