Great Stay as Always!
Pleasantly greeted on arrival by staff as always and hotel looks clean and our room smelled very clean and fresh! Asked for an extra towel from staff and was given two—this is our “go to” hotel when staying in Huntsville due to having a dog. We are never disappointed!

When checking out, when you went to get a luggage cart, door wouldn't let you back in, you had to get key reprogrammed to get back in to get your luggage , this was for everyone it was like you wasn't wanted or they were trying to get rid of you ASAP.

Rooms smelled like stale cigarettes. It was almost unbearable. Trash left on ground next to couch and under edge of bed which tells me the room was not cleaned very well. Fold out couch bed had dirty sheets on it. When going to front desk for clean linens we were given a flat sheet, and told they were low on laundry.
