Room was clean. Cramped but clean. Staff helpful and kind. No breakfast, but waffle house is in front of it and everything else around. Was nervous about other reviews. Checked for bug and there was none, thankfully!

We stayed during banaroo and everything was sold out. This motel was over 250 a night. There was no hot water, poor lighting, our lock was broken and shampoo packs that came in to go ketchup packets.
It was clean and the bed were comfortable but not worth what they were charging.

The furniture, walls, decor and even things like the toilet and shower were obviously previously damaged and so they did things like put tape on or just left it the way it was. That being said, they kept the place CLEAN. And everyone I encountered there was super friendly and kind! They were very helpful!

Friendly staff. The hotel and rooms are old/outdated but still functioning and served its purpose. Rooms were clean enough minus the hairball in the shower drain. My only gripe is the hotel was listed as walking distance to bonnaroo when it’s actually a 10 minute drive. The walking distance aspect was the reason why I chose this place.

You get what you pay for I guess . Room I booked clearly shows a jetted tub but was informed the room in unavailable . No tv remote and 80 percent if the hotel is a permanent home for people on bad times . The bed was comfy as hell tho but room itself could use paint .

The property was very nice. I would highly recommend the southern inn and if I go through the area again I will definitely be staying there.
