Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

Upon arrival we sat that they were remodeling the lobby caution tape on front door. Had to call the front desk to find out checkin was next door at a different hotel. Was told at checkin to use their facilities for breakfast. Had to change rooms on the spot.they gave us a 2nd floor room and we need lower level. Our room had some minor issues, bathroom floor had muddy footprints all over, toilet needed to be fulshed 2 or 3 times, every use, extreamly slow. Door knob to bathroom ready to fall off. Pool was not usable because the bottom and sides looked like black mold and water was freezing cold. Bed was great. Heat and AC worked great. Besides the bathroom the room was clean. Don't plan on using this hotel again as there are others cheeper and more apeling. We choise this one for location. Bad choice.

My active duty 20-year-old son is old enough to die for his country but apparently not old enough to check into this hotel. They wouldn’t even give us a refund. Expedia also was not helpful and refused to give a refund. He didn’t stay in the hotel, but they charged us for the night. The staff was extremely rude. His car broke down and I made the reservation for him. He was coming home to visit me on leave. They wouldn’t let him check in for the night and he was left trying to scramble to find another hotel late at night. Apparently you have to be 21 to check into this hotel, which he relates was in very bad repair. This hotel owes it freedom to lots of 20 year-olds that it won’t let stay. Lots of much nicer hotels allow 18-year-olds to check in.

Th.e acess to the pet area was perfect

While the postings said that housekeeping would be provided every third day, they did not clean my room. It was not a major issue, but I expected my trash to be emptied mid week. Overall the room was ok, but it is an old property that showed its age. The value was good and the employees were friendly.

The Quality inn is not pictured here. The Pictures here are the Choice Hotel, and it is falsely advertised. The room was dirty, and they were in flexible. I opted to leave the property. Do Not book here.

I love that i was given 2 room last minute late at night. Complimentary breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again.

V close to the action in Idaho Falls

Very difficult to check in. The shower didn’t work right, the tub was patched and seemed unclean. The walls had fingerprints. Walls are thin and can hear other guests in the parking lot and through walls. Didn’t get much rest.

The bathtub was disgusting. Not that it mattered because we had no hot water so we could not shower. There was dirt and trash under the beds. The door had a gap so bugs could get in. We had to put a wash cloth in the gap. They had a no pet policy yet there was a dog in a room near us. I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels that were a lot better than this.

Room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful but the stairwell needed some repairs and grounds cleaned up.
