Nice Hotel

Third time visiting this location. Dog friendly. Very helpful staff. Clean room. What more could you ask for?

I was not impressed with this particular Red Roof Inn, and I have stayed in quite a few. I stayed in room 126. The water came out brown at first which indicates that no one has stayed in the room for a while. The bedsheets were torn, and had permanent marker writing on them as to perhaps indicate which side was up and down for proper folding or placement on the beds, and also blue stains which tells me the detergent wasn't washed out properly. In order for me to get more towels, I had to exchange my dirty ones for new ones. I had 4 people in my room and was only permitted 3 towels so I dried my 4 year old son off with a beach towel we brought. I was given three pillows per bed, and asked for more, and was told the number in the room is what is allotted. There was a crack in the sink vanity. The towel rack was hanging on by a thread. The telephone wasn't plugged in and was clearly broken and didn't work. The staff was neither rude nor friendly, just stoic at best. I would not recommend this place for a family of four. I'd spend a little more money for a better quality stay.

comfortable stay

Very nice room very nice hotel . Made reservation for 2 nights at a horrible hotel down the street , when we found out how bad it was we cancelled the 2nd night at the horrible hotel and chose to stay at this one and was very glad we did , much nicer , we felt safe, room was excellent . Only problem was had to search for an ice machine and no elevator.

Dry clean and staff was very helpful made you feel valued customer

The room smelled damp, everything felt wet, not enough towels for 2 people, and too many bugs at night.

Ok for an overnight stop. Neighbor in next room was weird..

The floors were sticky, and based on the dirt in the corners, likely hadn't been mopped in awhile. Some of the towels were stained, and one even had some hairs sticking to them. The tub was also dirty, there was some unidentified black debris floating in the bottom. If you like clean, stay elsewhere!!

Very wonderful stay with my fiance for the weekend, everything was clean staff was lovely definitely would come here again.
