A lovely stay, hotel is clean and comfortable.
Stayed one night while traveling through New York. The king size bed was absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with towels and soap and everything you'd expect. I watched a little tv, ordered a pizza and had a very nice sleep. The room was clean and fresh smelling. I had a cup of coffee in the morning with the in room coffee maker and I was off for the rest of my trip. Would definitely stay there again.

If I could upload a pic of the inside of the in-room coffee maker, I would think the Health Department would shut them down. Thick with MOLD spores, horrendous.

If you’re looking for a “cheap” stay, nothing fancy, no other options, this place is fine for just a place to sleep. I knew what I was getting…That being said, the room I was provided was quite dirty, could tell the hard floor had not been mopped in a while. Towels were small, I suggest bringing your own pillow as the ones provided are not nice under the pillow case.
It was a place to stay, but the property really needs to be cleaned and upgraded.

There are bed bugs!! NO hot water! A gap iver the door that a shower towel couldn't fill.TV didnt work correctly. NO clock in the room. Paint splatter on the light fixtures o er the bed. Heater had broken vent pieces. Staff disnt even care & was confused when I checked out TWO days early!! Ulterly DISGUSTING!

The sheets and comforter were stained, the light shade has mold on it! The ceiling has food thrown on it. the room stunk like cigarette smoke and so many other things. i would not recommend anyone to stay there!!

There were no rooms available when I arrived even though I had booked on Expedia and was still showing booked. The staff were not helpful and just walked away.

I love RRInn. The room itself was very clean and the bed comfortable. My only negative is the bathroom. The toilet seat was falling off, the toilet was not secured to the floor and the tub had some mold. It seems that the main room had been updated and that they just haven’t gotten to the bathroom yet.
