The TV didn’t work. They told us we couldn’t be moved because it was booked. Place dirty. Ice machine didn’t work so I had to go over to office for ice. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom. So dissatisfied with the service and Red Roof is usually a good place.

We checked in went to our room and it smelled of cat urine so strong it was sickening. The bathroom floor had water all over it. We didn't even set our bags down and asked for our money back. We will see if we actually get it back. Do not stay here. Honestly I think the health inspector should pay them a visit.

Ice machine broken, had to go to neighboring hotel for ice. Young lady working the front desk was very nice but there was garbage all around the outside. The dresser drawers were ripped up, with front of drawer missing. It was conveniently located.

I would love to know what kind of rooms the people in the other reviews got because ours was awful. Stained bed sheets, sink that drains on the floor, shower with hair still in the tub, filthy floors, and a very questionable extension cord to power the bed lamp. I disagree with the person that said it was ok for a night because I would have rather slept in my vehicle than waste the $ on this place.

Check in woman was clueless. Wouldn’t accommodate at all. Room was dirty. Bed had sand and dirt in it. Bathroom floor was sticky. Room smelled of smoke really bad. Overall horrible place to stay

I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again after this experience. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and trash, had hardened food and other unknown stuff on the floors that my dog was trying to eat, every corner of the hotel was dusty and did not feel clean, etc. I could go on. I checked in at about 10pm and left very quickly at 7am the next morning due to how uncomfortable the hotel environment was. I also developed a cold once getting back in my car and I’m positive it was related to the quality of that hotel. I would’ve rather payed $200+ elsewhere or just finished off my drive overnight than stay there again. Don’t make my mistake.
