Made reservations over the phone. My first mistake.checked in assp because person I made reservations with said. Can't guarantee room will be there even though I made reservations. Checked in put some bags in room.went to get something to eat.came back to room. A/C didn't work so went home got some fans to cool room off was really hot in room. Started getting ready for bed. saw a bug on floor. Killed bug trying figure out what kind of bug it was. Then saw another one when I killed the second bug red blood came out of it. As I suspected they were bed bugs. checked out plus didn't get refunded money. Manager told me that the bugs were roaches not bed bugs. I have had bugs and roaches. Know what both look like. So was also lied to on top of everything. Will never stay at another Red roof inn again even if it's in another city or state.

The room I checked into was nice.

My stuff was stolen by the staff at the hotel. They wouldn’t even contact the manager to get my stuff back. I have to wait two days till Monday to go confront them about getting my stuff and my money back by the

I was staying at this hotel for two days came back. The third day housekeeper went through my things, stole my shoes and they would not even give me a refund or help me get my stuff back.

I was never given a room

The room was disgusting with an overflowing toilet, uncleaned from previous guest. Asking for full refund.

Door lock broke second to the last day management tried to open the door and was unable to so we were old we would have to wait till the following day till maintenance arrived to get back into the room, called corporate was told it would take 7-10 business days to resolve the issue. Will NEVER stay at another red roof in, management and front desk workers are rude and could care less if you stay or not.

ONE STAR WOULD BE ONE TO MANY.

Staff was rude, tv didn't work, drug addicts all around the premises, did not come and fixed TV or give me another room, when brought too staff attention I was cussed out and told I could leave and get my deposit back , which they want you to pay 60 bucks up front after paying for the room, IF YOUR READING THIS DONT NOT GO-TO THAT MOTEL IN WARREN MICHIGAN ( RED ROOF INN)

I liked how the front desk manager allowed our service dog and didn't give us any grief about him.
